Our fully automatic fruit juice hot filling production line is a high-efficiency, hygienic and intelligent integrated equipment specially designed for the mass production of fruit juice, tea beverage, nectar and other hot-filled drinks. Adopting advanced hot filling technology, mechanical design and electrical control system, this production line integrates bottle rinsing, high-temperature precise filling, capping sealing, date coding, labeling and final packaging functions, realizing a fully automated closed-loop production process from juice blending to finished product output, while perfectly preserving the original nutrition, flavor and taste of the beverage.
 
It is engineered to meet international food safety standards such as FDA, CE, ISO 22000 and HACCP, with all parts in contact with beverage made of food-grade 304/316 stainless steel, ensuring zero secondary contamination to juice products. This sleeve label machine features a stainless steel frame & aluminum alloy structure, with synchronous cutter holder and reciprocating cutter, supporting label film ≥0.03mm and inner diameter adjustment 5-10mm. Its modular design enables quick bottle type changeover, while synchronous divider and 3-point positioning guide ensure stable conveying at 100-800 BPM.
